Family and loved ones are not required to be present at the scattering ceremony.
After the cremation has taken place you can send the ashes to Eterni-Sea and let us commit them to the sea.

Our Eterni-Sea vessel permits up to 6 passengers to accompany us to the location of scattering. If planned ahead of time, more may accompany in additional vessel. This allows loved ones to be present and participate in the scattering of cremains.
