Ceremonies

Keep in mind: 

If you decide to scatter the ashes at sea, you don’t have to use all the cremains. You can choose to use them all or keep some for use in other ways of remembrance.

All of our ceremonies include:

• US Coast Guard Licensed Captain
• Required United States Environmental Protection Agency Paperwork Filing
• Certificate of Ceremony which includes the date of ceremony with exact time and  Longitude & Latitude Coordinates.

Planning your ceremony:

The scattering of ashes can be unattended or attended by up to six   It can include written/spoken words, poetry, or other requests.  We will do our best to make it everything you hope for it to be.

Policies & Procedures:

 Once you have chosen an Eterni-Sea ceremony , simply complete an order form, authorization form, and if required, properly ship your loved ones cremations to us. These forms can be obtained on this site by clicking links below:

Shipping Information

As mentioned previously, shipping all cremains is not required.  Ship as much or as little of  the cremains as you desire.

Payment is due when your order is placed. We will not file necessary paperwork, schedule a service, nor accept ashes before payment for services has been rendered. 

Scattering will be scheduled for unattended scatterings within 30 days weather permitting.

Scatterings for attended ceremonies will be coordinated at mutually agreeable times for those attending the ceremony and are weather permitting.  

Required paperwork will be filed with all governmental agencies by Eterni-Sea.
